Pain vs Soreness

Just have a quick note on the difference between soreness and pain, because I’ve been having a lot of my people try to “work through the pain.”

Soreness is in the muscles, when you’ve got it, you can move, but their is a feeling of weakness and an ermagard this body part is dead sensation.

Pain is in the joints or muscles, and is a noticeable, sometimes panic inducing, sensation. It can be a burning, tugging, grinding, popping, electric, or a bunch of other adjectives, feeling. When you feel it, you say “ouch.” And it may not effect movement.

When you feel one or the other, you will know the difference. Work through the soreness, but not the pain.
