The For-Real Chocolate Flat-Tummy Fix

Real quick – want to eat chocolate and get a flatter tummy?

 

Here's how…

Step 1: Go 10 days with no carbs (I mean starches – no potatoes, rice, candy, pasta, bread), but plenty of vegetables

Step 2: On day 11, have a weight training workout planned. 45 Minutes before the workout, mix 1 scoop of whey protein (vanilla is best, since it usually has the fewest sweeteners/colors) with 8-10oz water, and eat a 4-7 inch DARK CHOCOLATE 65% or higher chocolate bar.

Step 3: Lift some challenging weights with little rest between sets. If you're not sweating profusely or breathing hard halfway through the workout, you don't get the fat-to-fire effect.

Step 4: Go zero-carb (again, vegetables are good – no starches) for the next two days. Check the mirror – see a HUGE difference.

if this doesn't work for you . . . honestly, it will. because of the cellular mechanics and hormonal response, doing a spike like that forces you to drop a serious percentage of body fat.
